Well this is a very opinionated question. I am not very similar with Samsung phones, since I have only had an Iphone. By Samsung, I am guessing you are talking about the Galaxy series. They are pretty much the same. An Iphone has an app store, a Galaxy has the Google play store. They are both touchscreen. The main difference is that the Galaxy is larger than the Iphone. It doesn't really matter. They are both unique in their own way.

How do I restore my iPhone?
First, turn on your computer. Next, open up Itunes. Then, plug your phone in to your computer and connect it to Itunes. Once connected, there should be a restore iphone icon. Click on it and let Itunes do the rest. I hope this helps.
What would be a good website to buy laptops? Would you recommend a good basic laptop?
Good question. Since I am a Dell kind of guy, I would recommend dell.com. They have a great variety of laptops at all different price levels. I would recommend the XPS 13 laptop. It is a good laptop for business and personal entertainment. There is also the new XPS 28 which is an all-in-one. It is touch screen and slightly larger than a tablet, but can do all the things a laptop can do. I would recommend either one. I hope this helps.
Is there a way to share files between Mac and a PC?
The best way to share files between a Mac and a PC is to convert the file to a pdf and send it via email.
How to back up
Thanks for the question A. To back up your computer, you can buy an external hard drive and plug it in to your computer, or sign up for an automatic computer backup software like Icloud. Hope this helps.
